3-Dimensional dicing machine

The Sormac 3-dimensional dicing machine type DC is suitable for cutting both vegetables and fruit. It can easily handle root vegetables like carrots, potatoes, beetroot, celeriac as well as cucumbers, bell peppers, cabbage and onions. It is also possible to dice delicate fruits like papaya, mango, melon, kiwi and apple. Product is fed through the funnel and transported to the knives by means of a rotating drum. The product is diced via the 3-dimensional cutting system, consisting of a slicing knife, a circle knife-set and a crosscut knife-set. Delicate products are diced with a minimum of juice-loss from the product. Cutting possibilities: slicing, strip cut and dicing from 2,5 to 20 mm (0,1"- 0,8") The machine is easy to operate, has an excellent cutting quality, a solid construction and produces a perfectly hygienic finished product.
