Feldhof Gemüsebau onion peeling line

USM-X100 for Feldhof Gemüsebau:

Onions peeled with Swiss precision

In the east of Switzerland, in the flat, wide valley of the Rhine, lies the town of Oberriet. It is home to Hans Graf’s growing and processing company, Feldhof Gemüsebau. He’s been a faithful Sormac client for years and has been working since 1998 with a USM-1 onion peeler. Hans Graf has now chosen a USM-X100 with its integrated sorting table and waste transport. So, from now on, onions can be peeled with Swiss precision. Before making his decision Hans Graf critically compared the USM-X100 with machines from other companies. “This machine stood out through the combination of a number of good features.”

He named:
- the ability to adjust the machine’s setting during production to the product
- the handy electronic control showing immediate information about capacity and the number of onions peeled
- the favourable energy and compressed air consumption
- the low noise level.

Hans Graf as a true Swiss man chooses quality, “It’s just like a Swiss watch. You pay a bit more, but you get a whole lot more in return!”
