Estevão’s leafy vegetable processing line has a VBT-2 trimming table with two belts and ten workplaces. The Pulstar 30 salad washers in the line are equipped with a peristaltic air injection system which cleans the product thoroughly and moves it through the washer in a controlled manner. They have a capacity of 1,500 kg per hour. The SC 740 centrifuge has a completely smooth drum so the product being dried cannot get damaged . This machine can be pre-programmed to handle different types of leaves, which makes it easy to switch from one product to another.
